Week 7 Fantasy Football Start Em Sit Em: Darren Sproles and Explosive Flex Plays
Deciding on a flex player can be extremely difficult, but Darren Sproles will make that decision easy for you with a mammoth performance in Week 7.
If you own Sproles in a PPR league, there is no doubt he should be in your lineup this week. For the season, Sproles has recorded at least five catches per game, and no less than 40 yards in each of those games.
The only issue with Sproles is that he has not recorded a touchdown since the second week of the season. However, the New Orleans Saints face the Indianapolis Colts who are allowing at least one touchdown per game this season to running backs, and over 40 yards per game through the air.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Sproles will easily top double digits in PPR leagues, and expect him to finally carry the ball into the endzone this weekend.
DeMarco Murray (RB, Dallas Cowboys)
With Felix Jones out for up to four weeks according to NFL Network's Michael Fabiano, this will be Murray's chance to shine, and he won't disappoint.
He is only averaging three yards per carry this season, but he has shown plenty of explosion, and has the ability to take the ball to the house at any point in time.
Luckily for Murray, he gets to start at exactly the right time. Murray will face the St. Louis Rams in his first ever start, who are conceding the fifth most rushing yards in the NFL. The Cowboys will jump out to a big lead fast in this one, which will only increase the number of touches Murray earns this weekend.
He is going to annihilate the Rams defense, and will end up as the difference between a win or a loss for many fantasy teams.
Ryan Torain (RB, Washington Redskins)
With Rex Grossman sitting on the bench, and the Redskins offensive line beaten up, this team is going to have to run the ball more to be successful.
According to Rotoworld, Mike Shanahan has no intentions of playing RB Tim Hightower until his shoulder injury heals completely.
"Redskins coach Mike Shanahan says Tim Hightower will continue to be an "emergency," third-string back until he shows his shoulder is completely recovered.
"
That report bodes well for Torain to get another start at the RB spot, and with a matchup looming against the Carolina Panthers, a dominating performance is on the horizon.
The Panthers defense gives up the second most rushing yards in the NFL, which means Kyle and Mike Shanahan will learn from their mistake last week. The Redskins ran the ball just 12 times against the Philadelphia Eagles, but they can't continue to sling the ball around all day with John Beck at the helm.
They have been most effective this season when they run the ball well, which means this team will pound the ball early and often against the Carolina Panthers.
Torain is due for an outstanding performance, and will help carry your fantasy team to victory.
