NFL Trade Deadline: Speculating Which Players Will Land with New Teams
With the 2011 NFL trade deadline so close, you will notice that a lot of players are going to get thrown onto the trade block, maybe even one of the stars on your team.
The thing with the NFL trading deadline, compared to the other sports, is the fact that big blockbuster moves don't seem to happen as much. Every now and then a big name will get traded, though, which sends shock waves and ripples throughout the NFL.
This year there has already been quite a few prolific players thrown out there in speculation, but that's all it is.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
In the spirit of speculation and talking points, though, here is my list of speculated players that will land with new teams at the trading deadline:
Brandon Lloyd, WR Broncos
Lloyd has been the center of trade talk for the past day or two. It was reported that the Broncos were looking to part ways with their star receiver and that a handful of teams were interested.
Two teams that got the most buzz in the trade talk were the Carolina Panthers and the Tennessee Titans, but the Panthers essentially took themselves out of the running.
I believe that Lloyd will eventually end up catching passes from Matt Hasselbeck as a Titan. They are desperately in need of help at the receiver position, and a third- to fifth-round draft pick is a very small price for his talent.
Kyle Orton, QB Broncos
Orton hasn't been mentioned in any of the trade talk with Denver, except for the fact that they may be interested in getting rid of Lloyd because he is open about supporting Orton as the starter. There aren't many teams out there interested in a starer, but the Miami Dolphins are certainly one of them.
They've shown interest in Orton before, and I think the Broncos wouldn't mind parting ways with him, especially since they still have Brady Quinn.
Jason Snelling, RB Falcons
Atlanta's main guy, Michael Turner, looks to be back at full health. Snelling filled in admirably while Turner was hurting, but now that he's back, I'd expect Snelling to lose that playing time. That being said, he did acquire a good amount of trade value during that time period.
There are plenty of teams looking for a great backup running back right now, but I think the Detroit Lions would be most interested. They feel they are only a couple players away from taking the next step, so perhaps Snelling could be another piece to their potential playoff puzzle.
