Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
That should be good enough for Jeffrey Lurie. It should be good enough for everyone that thinks these 2011 Eagles should have a better record than 1-4.
Yep, Andy's fault. He said so and it's time to hold him to it.
Reid's been around since 1999, the the longest-running head coach show in the NFL. Sure, his teams have won more than they've lost but this latest edition of the Eagles may be telling us that Reid's time has come and gone.
How bad is it?
"This team is in total disarray," is how Deion Sanders put it on the NFL Network. And Deion does disarray quite well.
One Philadelphia newspaper was less subtle:
To complicate matters, Bill Cowher, Jon Gruden and Jeff Fisher are sitting around out there.
You know Gruden's getting antsy sitting in the Monday Night Football booth and organizing veteran players is what he does best. Gruden hates rookies, he loves veterans and last time we checked, the Eagles had more than their fair share.
Barring a run of amazing, if not miraculous proportions, these Eagles are making it tougher and tougher on themselves to entertain any thoughts of postseason play.
One and four starts will do that to you.
So will mistakes. And these Eagles have more mistakes than Geno's has cheese steaks.
And that doesn't bode well for the future of Andy Reid in Philly.
