NFL Picks Week 4: Redskins and 3 Surprising Teams That Will Continue Hot Starts
Preseason expectations don't always prove true. Actually, in this era of the NFL, they rarely end up coming true.
Even after a couple of games, we don't know if what we're seeing is true or not.
These teams weren't exactly expected to do much at the beginning of the year. After 16 games, they may or may not be at their preseason expectations. But after four games, they will be exceeded.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Washington Redskins
Playing in the NFC East, expectations weren't exactly high for the Redskins this year. Rex Grossman is not exactly a proven quarterback, and the team has battled futility for several years.
Well, after three weeks, the Redskins aren't far from being 3-0. They led the Cowboys for much of Monday night's game in Dallas, but ultimately lost a battle of the kickers.
Brian Orakpo is a genuine star on the defensive side of the ball. I expect him to give Sam Bradford nightmares.
The Rams may not be as bad as their record suggests, but competing with the Redskins is a rather tall order.
New York Giants
Given the amount of injuries that they had in the preseason, the Giants came closer to resembling a MASH Unit than a football team.
Still, they have found a way to start 2-1. Now, they return to University of Phoenix Stadium for the first time since upsetting the 18-0 New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLII.
This win won't mean as much, but the result will be no different. The Cardinals haven't exactly been the team that anyone expected them to be.
I do think that Larry Fitzgerald will have a good day for Arizona, but it won't be enough. The Giants offense is playing very well right now.
Cleveland Browns
This game is guaranteed to give us a surprising 3-1 winner, especially when you consider that each team dropped its first game against a 1-2 current 1-2 team.
But given the ineffective play of Chris Johnson and the injury to Kenny Britt, I really don't like the Titans' chances in this one.
Sharing a division with the Ravens and Steelers will make it tough for the Browns to make a serious run at the postseason. But a 3-1 start is a good first step/
