Week 4 Start Em Sit Em: Frank Gore and 4 Players You Must Bench
Just as it is when you're deciding on who to start, aside from the best players on your roster, it's equally difficult to figure out who to bench.
Obviously, making these two decision coincide/overlap with one another, but nonetheless, it's easier said than done.
That being said, here are four players to bench in Week 4 of fantasy football.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Frank Gore (at Philadelphia Eagles)
Right now it's uncertain as to whether 49ers' RB Frank Gore is go on Sunday in Philadelphia.
But even if he does suit up, starting him is not the best of decisions.
For one, he has yet to gain more than 60 rushing yards in a game, while his highest total yardage was just 78 yards (and that came against Seattle at home in Week 1).
Playing at Philly this week seems appealing as the Eagles defense has been significantly underachieving.
However, for as much talent as they have combined with Gore's lack of production, the safe bet is to bench him as the Eagles are going to improve on the dark-side.
Gore will get better as the season continues, but he's not going to be worth starting every week.
Mark Sanchez (at Baltimore Ravens)
Mark Sanchez has been gradually improving each regular season, but this week he goes up against the Baltimore Ravens who limited him to just 74 passing yards last season.
What's even more concerning for Sanchez's fantasy owners is that last year Ed Reed wasn't on the field, this time around however, he is.
Reed is arguably the game's best safety playing on arguably the NFL's best defense, and since Sanchez has yet to face him, Reed displays his dominance over young NFL QBs.
Additionally, the Jets haven't been effective rushing the ball, so that only makes them one-dimensional.
In turn, that only makes Baltimore's defense and Ed Reed's job that much easier to shut down New York's passing offense.
Joseph Addai (at Tampa Bay Buccaneers)
Although he had a solid game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 3, Colts' RB Joseph Addai will struggle in Week 4 in Tampa Bay.
The Bucs' defense isn't as well known as Pittsburgh's, but they did limit Atlanta's Michael Turner to just 20 yards on 11 carries.
Prior to that game, Turner had been averaging 7.7 yards per carry.
Now Addai will gain more than 20 yards, but it's not going to be close to 100 because Tampa plays solid defense at home, and they're going to force Indy to throw the ball.
The Bucs' shut-down the Falcons last week who put up 35 on Philadelphia, so although the Colts keep it close, Addai gets locked in on as he's now the key component to fully shutting down Indy with Peyton Manning out.
Brandon Marshall (at San Diego Chargers)
Even though Brandon Marshall is the Dolphins best offensive weapon, his productivity has significantly dropped since Week 1.
There, he compiled 139 yards on seven catches and in Week 2 he totaled 79 yards on six catches, including one TD.
On the road against Cleveland in Week 3 however, Marshall was blanketed to only four catches for 43 yards.
You can anticipate San Diego doing much of the same as that is they key to preventing any big play from Miami's offense.
In turn, it'll force QB Chad Henne to go through his progressions which increases the defenses' odds at a turnover or a pass breakup.
With Henne's production gradually decreasing, you can expect Miami to run the ball more, thus adding to Marshall's frustration.
