Spurs-Knicks Beefing in Game 3 🍿

You always have to make sure you pay attention to why someone was more productive.  In this case, the game was a blowout and Maxiell was the beneficiary of additional playing time.  Right now Kwame Brown and Jason's defensive struggles are preventing him from being a worthy pick up.

Rodney Stuckey: 15 min (0pts, 2ast)

Stuckey is a very tough case especially after he added 5 turnovers to the line tonight.  If I had him I would bench him if I could afford to.  If he is on the waiver wire you could take a look if you have some dead weight on your squad.  Remember the Celtics make most players look bad, so don't take too much stock into this performance.

Amir Johnson, Aaron Afflalo, Will Bynum and Walter Herrmann are still not getting the minutes.  Amir is the most likely to reemerge.

Celtics

Tony Allen: 28 min (15pts, 6rbs)

Three steals and two blocks make that a very nice line.  The score provided some more opportunities, but if you have Ray Allen or Paul Pierce Tony Allen is your handcuff.  Otherwise leave him on waivers until he repeats this in a close game.

Leon Powe: 18 min (7pts, 7rbs)

Same story here.  Right now he's just not getting enough minutes to be on your team.

Eddie House: 14 min (11pts, 3 3ptm)

If you are super desperate for 3's and nothing else.

Davis and Scalabrine are useless as of right now.

Lakers-Suns

Lakers

Lamar Odom: 32 min (13pts, 9rbs)

He's averaging 26 minutes a night, but he has had two solid performances back to back.  Enjoy it for now, but it's going to be difficult to sustain with limited minutes.

Trevor Ariza: 22 min (10pts, 1bs)

He's averaging 23 minutes making it challenging to find an offensive rhythm, however he has been active at the defensive end.  Phil Jackson favors defense-minded players so it's possible he could take minutes from Radmanovic if he can continue to develop his three-point shot.

I would count on that though because Vlady has a great stroke and Phil wants someone who can spread the floor.  I own him for the steals right now (avg.'s 1.8), but he's on my bench.

Jordan Farmar: 22 min (11pts, 1ast)

He's averaging 20 minutes a night and very few fantasy players can make a difference with those kind of minutes.  If you're in a really deep league you could do worse on your bench.

This team is too deep for Sasha or Walton to make meaningful contributions.

Suns

Boris Diaw: 23 min (10pts, 4ast)

He's averaging just over 24 minutes and finds ways to hit enough of the box score categories to be owned.  Ideally he would be on your bench.

Grant Hill: 25 mn (11pts, 5rbs)

He's averaging 30 minutes a night, which will probably come down a bit with Barnes returning to action and Barbosa's eventual return.  He's another guy that would be nice to have on the bench.

Sean Singletary played over Goran Dragic, so make a note of the new Nash backup in the event of an injury.
