Howard "The Coward" Schultz Shows His True Colors at Book Signing
When Howard Schultz sold our beloved Sonics to a slimy, oily businessman from the dust bowl some like to call Oklahoma City. I prefer to call it any and everything but. It’s my choice and the way my team, our team left.
Nay, stolen from our great city.
We have every right to still be mad. We have every right to express our anger toward the perpetrators of this heist.
Clay Bennett, Aubrey McClendon, David Stern, Greg Nickels, Christine Gregoire, Frank Chopp and the one that started it all, Howard “The Coward” Schultz.
We know the story, we know how it all went down. We’ve lived it; we’ve relived it through the film Sonicsgate.
We’ve gotten answers from every person involved in this.
Except for one person.
That one person had a book signing at the Issaquah Costco, originally scheduled for 1 p.m., but then was moved to noon to avoid any protesters.
It worked for the most part.
Sonicsgate Producer, Adam Brown, was there in Issaquah and he was filming with a small handheld camera.
What he caught on camera and posted to YouTube (video forthcoming) is a little bit shocking, but not entirely so if you know how the coward has been since he sold the Sonics away.
Adam caught a fan that got up to the table and let the coward have a great piece of his mind. The fan wasn’t violent, nor overly vulgar, he was loud, but civil.
He was quickly escorted away by police as the coward watched with a smug, little smirk on his face. A smirk that looked like he enjoyed what was happening.
Moments later, Adam was kicked out of Costco for simply wearing a Seattle Supersonics hat.
The little coward could not face dealing with another potential issue, so he had a seemingly tough as nails Issaquah police officer forcing Adam out of the door. No explanation other than “Costco just wants you out.”
Knowing Adam personally, I know he wouldn’t have done anything that would have put the efforts of bringing an NBA team back to Seattle in any sort of jeopardy.
He and the rest of the Sonicsgate crew have always handled themselves with the utmost class and respect.
I know Adam wanted answers for himself, for Sonicsgate and for all the betrayed fans of the Seattle Supersonics across the world.
We know exactly what type of person Howard Schultz is and now there is video evidence of what we all were thinking.
Howard Schultz is the type of individual who only cares about himself, cares about the profit his crappy Starbucks coffee will bring him, the type of person who will sell a public trust to out-of-towners who always had the intention of moving the team out of Seattle.
Howard Schultz sold Seattle’s one championship, something that most people hold dear to them because of all the memories it brings with it. He sold it for $350M and gave the biggest middle finger to the city of Seattle the world has ever seen.
Boycott Starbucks. Let’s at least keep a couple bucks out of his pocket. He doesn’t deserve our money. He’s already drinking the blood money from our forlorn team. It’s more than enough to last the rest of his life.
