Stan Van Gundy Video: Watch Old Man Stan Show off Magic Skills

Stan Van Gundy's still got it. 

This video may only be 19 seconds, but it is pure gold. 

The 51-year-old Orlando Magic Coach was helping out at a basketball camp, and he was coaching some kids on how to bring the ball up the court. 

Instead of telling kids how to do things these days, it's best to just show them. So that is exactly what Van Gundy did. 

The pudgy NBA coach has some great handles. He dribbles up the court and displays some impressive moves. The best is the spin because you just don't see it coming. It hits you and you think, "I didn't know Stan Van could do that!" 

Van Gundy and the Magic didn't have the season they expected they would last year, and this NBA lockout had him in limbo. He can't help his players out, nor can he even talk to them. It's a definite setback for Van Gundy and the Magic, as well as every team. 

It's good for Van Gundy to have some fun right now and not worry about what Dwight Howard, his star player, is thinking. He definitely needs Howard to stay on his team, or else Van Gundy won't be with Orlando much longer. 

The best part of this video requires you to turn your volume up though. If you listen closely, you can hear some oohs and aahs from the kids. They too were surprised this short chubby basketball coach could dribble so well.

I've watched this video multiple times and it still blows my mind that Stan Van puts the spin on and then immediately goes through the legs.

Keep ballin' Van Gundy, cause it's pretty much all you can do right now, unless you want to start your political career early, which may or may not be a good idea. We talk sports here, not politics.
