NBA Rides: Who Has the Fastest, Coolest and Best Looking Whips in the League

Adam WellsJun 7, 2018

We all know that NBA players, and athletes in general, are freaks of nature. They are able to do things that people like you and me can only dream of. They can literally fly through the air for seconds at a time, defying the laws of gravity.

However, off the court these NBA players really know how to live it up by sporting some of the best looking vehicles in the world. They will drive some of the best looking new cars that you can find. They will collect some of the best vintage cars ever made.

So which NBA players sport the best looking cars?

Who has the biggest, fastest, coolest car among all the players in the league?

Here are 10 of the best looking, coolest and fastest cars that are owned by NBA players.

Andrew Bynum’s Nissan GT-R 600

1 of 10

On the court, Bynum has the potential to be one of the more dominant big men in the league if he can stay healthy. He’s been working his way back and seems to be getting better with each game played.

Off the court, the Lakers center isn’t doing too bad for himself. He has been linked with singer Rihanna and he has a number of beautiful cars. None more so than this beautiful Nissan GT-R 600 that he frequently rides to and from home games.

Dwyane Wade

2 of 10

It must be hard to be Dwyane Wade. He has been king of Miami ever since he was drafted in 2003. He has won an NBA Championship and is generally regarded as one of the best players in the NBA.

Add to all that the fact that he is rich and was even featured in People Magazine’s 50 Most Beautiful People issue in 2005. Plus, he drives a gorgeous Hummer to boot.

There seems to be nothing that D-Wade doesn’t have.

Dwight Howard’s Conquest Knight XV

3 of 10

Living in Disneyland can’t be all that it’s cracked up to be…unless you are Dwight Howard. The Magic center has been the king of the world since his rookie season of 2004. He has led the franchise’s resurgence and is positioning himself to get a big payday from someone.

Add to that his Conquest Knight SUV and there doesn’t seem to be a whole lot that the Magic Kingdom hasn’t been able to provide Howard.

LeBron James’ Ferrari F-430 Spider

4 of 10

LeBron James was dubbed “The King” during his junior year of high school. There was nothing that he couldn’t do on a basketball court. After he was drafted by the Cavaliers in 2003 all that hype was put to the test and James passed with flying colors.

King James has more money than he knows what to do with and part of it has been spent upgrading his stash of vehicles. One of the prettiest vehicles that he owns is this beautiful Ferrari that probably looks even better driving down the streets of Miami than it did Cleveland.

Shaquille O’Neal’s Modified Lamborghini

5 of 10

Being Shaquille O’Neal has got to be one of the best things in the universe. He is universally beloved by fans and athletes throughout the world. He has dominated the NBA for a long time and is still a productive player even in the twilight of his career.

Another perk is being able to afford a car like this. It doesn’t seem to match Shaq’s 7’ frame, but I guess that’s why it’s modified.

Larry Hughes’ Cadillac Escalade

6 of 10

It’s a common vehicle among athletes, but that doesn’t take away the shine from this black tinted SUV. It may be a standard vehicle, but how many of us out there would love to be seen behind the wheel of it?

Michael Jordan’s Ferrari Testarossa

Is there anything that Michael Jordan can’t buy?

He might as well own the entire NBA. His shoes alone have probably made him a couple of billion dollars. The Jordan logo is one of the most iconic logo’s in the world.

Sadly there isn’t a clear enough picture to upload onto the site. If you want to see this beautiful vehicle, click here.

Michael Jordan’s Aston Martin

8 of 10

Because he is Michael Jordan and owns anything that he wants, he gets two spots on this list. His second car is an amazing Aston Martin, that’s the same car preferred by James Bond. I don’t particularly care for the color, but who am I to argue with an Aston Martin?

Al Harrington's Rolls Royce Phantom

9 of 10

Al Harrington might find himself traded before the NBA's trade deadline in February. If that's the case he can take himself and his family along in his Rolls Royce. It's nice to see that he has put that new four-year contract to good use.

Perhaps if he is traded he can change the color tint on it to whatever his new team is. No matter because when you drive a Rolls Royce people don't really care what color it is.

Derrick Rose’s Maserati Gran Turismo

10 of 10

There’s a rule that you usually save the best for last. Derrick Rose has one of the best looking cars that I have ever seen. It’s the Maserati Gran Turismo and there really are very few words in the English language that can describe it.

Rose has led the Bulls to one of the best records in the Eastern Conference this year and is the favorite to win the MVP award. That would be nice for him, but he has the best trophy sitting in his garage right now.
