Demetria Walker has 23 years of experience as a sports enthusiast and business woman. Early in her life she would accompany her big sister, Damali Binta YAEL, to events where professional athletes were present.

When she decided to become a real estate consultant, she naturally gravitated to helping the relocation needs of professional athletes and entertainers.

Some of her famous clients have been Zina Garrison, a retired tennis champion, and Clyde Drexler, an NBA Hall of Famer.

Many of her clients have been former Houston Oilers, the team now known as the Tennessee Titans, and many other Houston Rockets players.

When asked how she got started in the business with a focus on professional athletes, she said:

"My father worked for Braniff Airlines, and I worked for Continental Airlines for many years. This made me aware of the fact that relocation can be fun, yet frustrating. Professions in the athletic world have a high probability of relocation challenges. My aim is to use my expertise to help my clients whenever they needs to make a move.

I actually got started by word of mouth when Warren Moon, a Hall of Famer, referred me to an upcoming athlete at the time named Andre Ware. Ware eventually became a Heisman Trophy winner. From there it has grown tremendously."

Demetria's childhood affection will forever remain with the Oakland Raiders because by watching Warren Wells as a wide receiver, her love for sports was born..."and that's the truth!" she declared.
