In game one of a 2010 playoff matchup between the Miami Heat and Boston Celtics, the Heat’s Quentin Richardson and the Celtics Kevin Garnett got into a little scrap. There was a no more intense rivalry than Heat-Knicks in NBA history. Their battles of the late 1990s were filled with passion, physicality, and above all, an intense hatred of each other.
