Rondo and Perkins are 1yr older while KG,Pierce,Ray are all years away from retiring, maybe not Pierce { just signed a new contract }.
This team has one of the best coaches in basketball, the day when Allen and K.G arrived, to this day, he has handled this teams ego very well. While we don't know if Erik Spoelstra can do that. They might not get 50 wins, they might not get home - court next year. Yet they were in the top 3 road wins, and they barely earned 50 wins last year. Give this team another chance.
San Antonio Spurs
They're always mentioned here.
They always get 50 wins, They have the best defensive-minded coach in basketball.
They have the best PF in the history of the game.
Got two hyped players in : James Anderson and Tiaggo Splitter from overseas. Both are good at one particular part : scoring and defense or rebounding and defense. San Antonio nickname is Defense, and that's why they're here. Anyway enough said, Spurs are gonna be back in the race next year.
Dallas Mavericks
50 wins, seems like a peace of cake in Big D.
Making the playoffs is easy for them, only problem they have a tough time winning a series.
10 straight 50+ seasons. One 67 win season. MVP Dirk Nowitzki 06-07 season. 1 Finals Appearances.

Good news is that they're always in the hunt for a ring, Bad news is that they just choke in the playoffs.
Atleast they've got the best owner in basketball { Mark Cuban }. Who will do anything to win.
The Mavs needed more than 3 months to settle the Caron Butler trade, that's what the offseason is for. They also acquired big man Tyson Chandler, who was killing Dallas in the playoffs because of alley-oops from Chris Paul. Now he's got Jason Kidd, who's a pretty good passer himself.
Got to remember this team was best road team in the NBA last season and had the 4th best record in the league.
So this team will be back in the hunt.
