LEBRON A FATHEAD TERRORIST?
We still love LeBron! We're still the same Grandmothers that supported him last week, last month, last year, in fact for the past decade or so. Those big, life-size wall stickers. You know the ones I mean. They look like the person is coming right at you with the ball, or a bat. All of these years, most of us could never afford to purchase a 'Fathead'. You know we've all probably used that name for one of our kids maybe in a joking matter years ago. Can you imagine that now we can purchase one at the low, low price of $17.76, or $17.41. The NBA's MVP for two years standing going at bargain basement pricing? Come on now, LeBron was the MVP. Just because Mr Gilbert owns the Fathead.com company, and owned the Cavaliers Team, did it mean he owned LeBron James too? WE STILL LOVE LEBRON! It seems like an insult. I expected better of a seasoned businessman. It's a great price for a Fathead, no doubt. Even 'Campy' Russell's is $99.00. I don't understand the rationale of Mr Gilbert. He has dismissed, and dissed the seven years LeBron James played for the team, its owner, his fans, the Cav's fans, and NBA fans. LeBron while playing for the Cavaliers was a high caliber, money making, humble, never in trouble, great all around guy. He was respectful, and respected, and still is. Mr Gilbert decided, which is his right because he owns the company, to base his charges for LeBron's Fatheads on an American Revolutionist traitor's birthdate, or deathdate. I'm not sure which one. Can you imagine being classified with someone that sold information, spied on the United States during our early existence when our Country was being founded? Is LeBron's leaving being classified as we would classify today's terrorist or bomber, or one of those people that kill themselves and others like we had on 9/11? Come on, let's get real. Perhaps the NBA heads should look into all of this pent up aggression by an owner. Mr Cuban got fined only for stating a fact of a matter before free agents could sign. A few coaches were fined for misbehavior on the court, as did some players. This to me, as a member of the Grandmothers Fan Club for LeBron, and as someone that has met him, I feel that this is enough. If LeBron could walk on water, he'd stop the oil from flowing in the Gulf. If he was really a King, he would have been able to meet the real Queen when she was in New York. If he is to be classified as such an evil monster, perhaps those that have been in wars, and fought for our freedom can do a comparison chart. All that I know is that a young man has followed what the Bible speaks about as ' young men having visions, and old men dreaming dreams' and God will pour out His Spirit upon us. LeBron is, and should be allowed to pursue the dreams of the posters he had pasted on his walls, drawn in his notebooks, and visioned and fantasized about during his formative years. Let's be encouraging and give him a chance. With love to my tallest Grandson LeBron, from your picture taking Grandmother [Gramma Bev]
