Spread betting trends (all records are against the spread)

Boston is on a 5-0 run after allowing 100 or more points last game.

They are also 6-1 in NBA Championship series and have that same 6-1 ledger off a double-digit loss. They are an impressive 37-18 as road underdogs of 5-10.5.

Boston’s struggles continue to the Pacific Division where they are 5-15. They have been a great go-against as well as to the Western Conference where they’ve failed in 16-of-21.

Strangely though, Boston is still 8-3 in the series according to the sportsbooks .

LA has covered four straight NBA Finals contests and they are 7-1 following a straight up win.

The Lakers are also 8-3 following a game in which they scored 100 or more points.

Over/under trends

Boston has gone under five straight after allowing 100 or more points last game.

LA has gone over 6-1 as a postseason favorite yet under 22-10 off a double-digit win.
