Kobe Bryant: Greatness Player Ever Or Greatest NBA Scam
The NBA would have you folks believe that what James is experiencing is something new. The truth is, when it comes to individual statistics, Kobe Bryant had far lesser moments in his first 7 seasons. Only thing that set the two apart are teammates and coaching. Took Kobe 4 seasons with Shaq to finally grab a title... a Shaq in his prime. Kobe somehow managed to not win twice with Shaq as a teammate once they started winning.
Once Jordan started winning... he never looked back. He never lost. Only two things stopped him, time and the death of a parent. Anyway... they say the PLAYOFFS are were legends are made... well here's the complete story of KOBE BRYANT.
In 17 of the 35 series, he's played in... he's shot 44% of below. That's 49% of his career. Keep in mind that 25(71%) of these series were with Shaq on the floor.
In 7 of the remaining 18 series, he's played in... he's shot 45 to 46%. That's 39% of his career. Keep in mind that 8(44%) of these series were with Shaq on the floor.
That means Kobe has only been dominat and efficient in 11 of those series... that's 12% of his career people. LOL... keep in mind that Shaq was on the floor in 7(63%) of those series.
So as you can see, the NBA owes you an apology. You've been fooled into thinking Kobe is better than a lot of other greats. He isn't and never will be. This is just a brand being sold... nothing more, nothing less.

Lakers were 28 and 38 in his 66 games played and missed the playoffs. Unlike Wade, Kobe couldn't carry his club to the playoffs after Shaq departed. Lakers were 6 and 10 in games played without Kobe... that's a 38% win percentage... that's a record of 31 and 51 without Kobe. It's safe to say that the Heat of 2008-09 nor the Cavs of 2006-07 would have won 31 games without Wade or James.

vs ORL: 58/135 (42.9%)... 4-1... 40, 29, 31, 32 and 30. You do not want to see Wade numbers against this team that season.
So as you can see, through his first 13 seasons, Kobe has had his moments of being humbled. He's more like Harold Miner than Michael Jordan. He is not the BEST TO EVER PLAY THE GAME. Never has been and never will be.
