Lakers, Suns, Western Confrence Finals! Preview- Andy Mo $$

ANdY Mo MoNeY JiMeNeZMay 14, 2010

Finally it is here the Western Conference Finals the City of Angels and Valley of the Sun. This is going to be a very astounding match up. Two of the leagues elite teams going at it. From L.A.'s past struggles against the Suns, makes Phoenix the favorite right?

Guess again this is not the same scrub Lakers team we saw a couple years ago. This team is on a whole new level with one goal, and that is to win it all. L.A. of course has the advantage in the post with Pau Gasol, Andrew Bynum, and Lamar "Candy Man" Odom. But Phoenix has one advantage and that is the 3 point shot. In order to win this series against the defending world champions they have to knock down that 3. If not, then this series will be done faster than you can say barefoot jackrabbit- "Sandy Cheeks". Barefoot jackrabbit- whoops!

Phoenix owned L.A the past two playoff meetings winning both 4 games to 1 in 2006 and 2007. The Suns almost ran Kobe AKA "Black Mamba" out of the City of Angels. But right in the nick of time General Manager Mitch Kupchak made a trade for Pau Gasol. It's a whole new squad Smush Parker, Kwame Brown, etc aren't on this team anymore.

Yes I have to give the Suns credit for sweeping the aging Spurs but the Suns had there time a couple years ago when L.A. was in a dark cloudy phase. And now they are back and looking for revenge! Everyone is saying Steve Nash is going to own Derek Fisher, maybe so but L.A. contained Deron Williams last series pretty exceptional I almost forgot he was even playing and + D-Fish's offense was phenomenal in the clutch the 35 year old can still play, he might of lost a step but he can still out smart and muscle you.

I see this series going in L.A.'s favor. I predict Lakers in 5 but I wouldn't be surprised if it went 6. The X-Factors for this series are Ron Artest for the Lakers: If he plays like he did in the Utah series then you can expect this series to be over very quickly. The X-Factor for the Suns is Jason Richardson: He has had past struggles against L.A. just shooting only 23% from 3-point land. But if this changes then that is one advantage the Suns can use for there benefit.

Overall it should be a very jolting and thrilling series, and with LePan I mean Lebron's playoff season now officially over, all the spot like can be on the "Real King" Black Mamba Kobe Bryant. Why call LeBron a king when he hasn't won a ring? I now pronounce him "JESTER JAMES" because all he does is entertain us!

We are half way home, time for a repeat, doubters keep doubting but remember "Never Underestimate The Heart of A Champion!"
