LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers Deposed, Celtics Win Game Six

Frances WhiteMay 13, 2010

There comes a time when a king's reign must end. The masses get together and determine that the current monarch just isn't who they thought he was. Lebron James a.k.a The King of Akron and his supporting cast could not get it done for the second year in a row.

I am not here to condemn LBJ but he was handed the keys to the NBA and the City of Cleveland without accomplishing anything. Regular season accolades are just that, regular season accolades. Make no mistake the King fought valiantly and got his triple double.

Once again he had to soldier on by himself as his minions fell by the wayside. Where he ends up is anybody's guess and quite frankly Celtic nation does not care.

It is up to the suffering masses of Cleveland to pick up the litter of their championship dreams and wait for the boy-king to make up his mind.

I can hear it now the whispers of how the city of Cleveland is cursed and they are gearing up for the mass exodus of James and his entourage.

Cleveland is suffering from kowtowing and mismanagement instead of building a contender they built a team that was destined to fail.

LeBron simply does not have the help he needs. If he decides to stay in Cleveland then there must be a massive revamping of the roster.

This was not an easy game by no means, Cleveland was able to cut a 10 point lead to two by half time. If this was the regular season, I promise you Celtic Nation would have been ready to jump off the ledge.

The boys in green were able to maintain their focus and grind out a win. The most amazing thing is that in all their losses the Cavaliers averaged less than 90 points.  In fact they scored 86,95, 87 and 85 respectively.

I hate to say I told you so, but even before the series started in my first post I said the Celtics would win in six.

Now it’s on to the next kingdom, the Orlando Magic kingdom where another imposing giant awaits them.
