It's Over In Cleveland. Celtics Beat Cavs 94-85
It's over. Plain and simple. LeBron James put an effort like any player. But his game could not keep up. What now? This loss means to Cleveland a lot. The Celtics just took advantage of the Cav's weaknesses. But we're not gonna talk about this game. The series was not impressive by any stretch for Cleveland. They played like they thought LeBron was going to bail them out all the time. It didn't happen for them. The blame is gonna be shared in 100%. 10% on the cast, 5% on Mo Williams for that last play he did in game 6, 35% on the coach, and 50% on LeBron. Why am I being tough on LeBron? Because when the expectations came into this game. He did not deliver. And wasn't he the best player in the planet? The best player finishes the playoffs and shows up when it matters the most! LeBron failed his team, himself, and most of all the Cavs fans who were expecting a title this year! If LeBron leaves he will be considered a coward. For leaving a place when it got hot, he couldn't stand the heat. Knicks fans are cheering right now. I want LeBron to stay in Cleveland. But I can't read his mind. But seeing his body language, it looks like he's gonna see his options. One thing is guaranteedis that Mike Brown is gone. And I'm gonna go as far that he'll be fired before the playoffs end. During the summer, Besides LeBron. Here are the guys that will be leaving guaranteed.
1. Shaquille O'Neal will be gone for obvious reasons. He will either retire or go to another contender. I'll get into detail on that later.
2. Mo Williams will be traded and to who knows where but I just think he can't help a team win a championship as the starting Point guard. He works better as a backup shooting guard.
3. Antawn Jamison is a guy who will get traded since there's no point in keeping him. He could be the key of LeBron staying. He could be used as a trade chip for a big name. But I guess that's asking too much.
4. Anderson Varejao is gone if LeBron leaves. Now I know his contract is basically unmovable. But Cleveland will try to get rid of him if Lebron does not stay.
5. Žydrūnas Ilgauskas will go to wherever LeBron will go. I garuantee it. If LeBron stays, Z stays. If LeBron goes, Z goes with him. It just depends.
But what will LeBron do? I think he's gone if Cleveland does not get Bosh or Stoudemire. The way they can keep him is if they make LeBron wait. And they can get a guy like Bosh. And Bosh is a guy who fits in with Cleveland more than Stoudemire. LeBron, it's your choice. You got until July 8. Not the first. But when they can sign contracts. That's the time. Cleveland is holding it's collective breath. I'm sorry.
