2020 didn't take long to show some must-see bangers on NBA stars' feet.

While the entire vast release schedule over the next 12 months promises some classics, various NBA stars made a point to ring in the new year with some memorable colorways of modern classics.

With LeBron James, Russell Westbrook and even P.J. Tucker and Bam Adebayo leading the charge, 2020 has already seen eye-catching kicks, ranging from the ultra-rare to common offerings.

It's early, but the "best of" lineup is already strong.

LeBron 15 LLTK

Release Date: Aug. 21, 2018

Average Resale Price: $577

Montrezl Harrell of the Los Angeles Clippers trotted out the smooth LeBron 15 with the smattering of royalty recently and commandeered the attention of most focused on the game.

It's not hard to see why—the royalty-infused embroidery combos well with the BattleKnit upper and still manages to slip in performance-based items like Max Air comfort.

Ten years after an overseas release, the LeBron 7 China Moon has been brought to the globe—and the decision didn't go unnoticed.

How could it? Even now, the wicked FlyWire, semi-translucent upper and mix of white-metallic gold is an unmistakable blur on the hardwood. Not only is it a fun collector's piece, it makes the mind wander as to what other revivals there might be this year.

Jordan Why Not Zer0.3 Zer0 Noise

3 of 8

Release Date: Jan. 2, 2020

Average Resale Price: $108

"Why not?" indeed. Russell Westbrook's noisy offering is a looker and does some interesting new things for his typical line, including the midfoot strap here.

The multicolored look won't be everyone's cup of tea, but every shoe tells a story, and this one is on the nose. A splash of TV-inspired static complements the whole aesthetic, and a savvy Jumpman near the bottom rounds out the package and offers up some hype for future colorways in the line.
