Sean E. DouglasNov 5, 2009

Week Nine marks the final week that we will see a significant amount of NFL teams on bye weeks. After this week only the Giants and Texans will have bye weeks left on their schedule and that means fantasy owners will have their full rosters.

This week the Bills , Browns , Vikings , Jets , Raiders , and Rams are all on bye weeks and fantasy owners will be in need of production.

Below we have our top borderline players at different positions that are worth starting and worth sitting for the ninth week of the NFL fantasy football season.
