David Pyant Allegedly Threatened to Kill Adam Silver with His 'F--king Gun'

David Pyant was reportedly arrested Friday after sending a threatening email to NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, according to TMZ Sports.

"If you don't let me play, I'm going to come up there and kill you with my f--king gun," Pyant, 27, allegedly wrote in the email.

Pyant was charged with aggravated harassment, and a judge issued a temporary restraining order in the case to keep Pyant away from Silver. 

Pyant, who was released on bail, has 13 prior arrests, according to Ben Feuerherd of the New York Post. He reportedly wrote the threatening emails in July.
