LeBron James on Game 3 Buzzer-Beater Difficulty: 'Don't Try It at Home'
LeBron James played the role of hero for the Cleveland Cavaliers with a game-winning buzzer-beater in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals against the Toronto Raptors, though he wouldn't advise anyone attempting the shot he took to make it happen.
James also explained what it feels like to be in a pressure-packed moment when everyone is focused on what he does:
After Toronto tied the game at 103 on OG Anunoby's three-pointer, James took the inbounds pass up the court, fired up a shot running on the side of the hoop and let a floater go after taking off from his left foot.
The ball hit the backboard and dropped through the hoop, putting Cleveland one win away from reaching the Eastern Conference Finals for the fourth straight year.
James' heroics stunned the Raptors, who entered the playoffs as the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference after going 59-23 during the regular season. Toronto has lost nine consecutive games against the Cavs in the postseason dating back to 2016.
