Joe TanseyApr 7, 2018

The second stop of the All-Star circuit for the best high school basketball players in the nation is the Jordan Brand Classic.

Sunday's event at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, features plenty of top recruits in the class of 2018, including three of the four-star players committed to Duke.

In addition to the familiar faces who played in the McDonald's All-American Game a week ago, there are a few new players on the Jordan Brand Classic roster, including Shareef O'Neal, the son of Shaquille O'Neal who is headed to UCLA.

Little In Search of 2nd All-Star Game MVP

North Carolina commit Nassir Little enters the Jordan Brand Classic after earning Most Valuable Player honors at the McDonald's All-American Game.

Little thrived in the second half, as he racked up 28 points while going up against his future rivals on Tobacco Road.

Inside Carolina's Ross Martin provided us with a look at Little's skill set when going up against Duke recruit Zion Williamson:

Little's 28 points were the third-most in the history of the McDonald's game, as he came three points short of Jonathan Bender's record of 31 points, per ESPN Stats & Info:

The Florida native is one of two North Carolina commits playing Sunday, as he is joined by Coby White on the Away Team roster.

With plenty of confidence gained from his first showcase appearance, Little should have another standout performance to get the fans in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, excited for next season.

Bazley Trying to Impress NBA Scouts

Two weeks ago, Darius Bazley was headed to Syracuse next season after showcasing his talents on the All-Star circuit.

Coming into the Jordan Brand Classic, Bazley is headed for the G-League, as he looks to make the next step to the NBA while getting paid for his talents.

Bazley broke down his decision in a piece for The Players Tribune:

"No top recruit had ever attempted to spend a year playing in the NBA's development league before trying to make the jump. It wasn't that it couldn't be done, it just hadn't been attempted. To do it, I'd have to pass on the opportunity to play at my dream school. But in a lot of ways, it seemed like a cool opportunity to progress as a player in ways I probably couldn't in a college setting.

"Instead of taking intro classes and going to parties, I'd spend every day battling for minutes against seasoned professionals. I had to pick between being a freshman or spending a year in an organization full of people all sharing one focus: Finding a way to get to the NBA."

ATLANTA, GA - MARCH 28: Nassir Little #10 of Orlando Christian Prep is congratulated by teammates Keldon Johnson #23 of Oak Hill Academy and Darius Bazley #15 of Princeton High School after he won the MVP trophy in the 2018 McDonald's All American Game a

Before he embarks on his unique journey to the NBA, Bazley is taking part in Sunday's game on the Away Team.

Bazley is looking to benefit from the distribution from Little, Keldon Johnson and Darius Garland, while combining in the paint with Bol Bol and O'Neal.

Defensively, Bazley is going to face a challenge from the talented frontcourt players on the Home Team roster, including Anfernee Simons and Zion Williamson.
