John Wall's Return Date from Injury Unknown After 1st Full-Contact Practice
John Wall is making progress in his recovery from left knee surgery, though it remains uncertain when the Washington Wizards star will return.
Wizards head coach Scott Brooks told reporters Saturday that Wall was a full participant in practice.
"John did everything," Brooks said, via the Wizards' official Twitter account. "He did the entire practice."
Per Candace Buckner of the Washington Post, Brooks added there is no target date for Wall's return to game action.
Wall underwent arthroscopic debridement surgery Jan. 31. The estimated recovery time was six to eight weeks. At the time, Buckner noted Wall had been dealing with knee soreness after colliding with a Dallas Mavericks player Nov. 7.
The Wizards are 14-10 since Wall's last game Jan. 25. They own the No. 6 seed in the Eastern Conference with a 40-32 record.
Wall ranks second in the NBA with 9.3 assists per game and second on the Wizards with 19.4 points per game.
