Charles Barkley Pays for Ernie Johnson's $12K Check After Georgia-Oklahoma Bet

NBA on TNT analysts Ernie Johnson and Charles Barkley wagered over the outcome of last Monday's Rose Bowl game between Georgia and Oklahoma. 

The Bulldogs defeated the Sooners 54-48 in a thrilling double-overtime contest, and Johnson, a Georgia alum, cashed in on his victory. 

Ahead of Thursday's game between the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets, the NBA on TNT account tweeted a picture of Johnson's $12,337.28 check from Kevin Rathbun Steak in Atlanta. 

Along with a rib-eye, a filet and several sides, Johnson and 51 guests evidently also enjoyed multiple adult beverages at Barkley's expense.  

Barkley may want to avoid "nice steak dinner" bets in the future.
