Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook Chirp at Each Other in Season's 1st Meeting

When the Golden State Warriors met the revamped Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday night for the first time in the 2017-18 season, all eyes were naturally glued on Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook.

During the opening half at Chesapeake Energy Arena, the former superstar teammates barked at one another after a hard Draymond Green foul on Westbrook. An expert lip reader or someone with ultrasensitive hearing is required to transcribe the encounter, but it didn't look like they were fondly recalling old times.

They traded more heated words and butted heads (literally) in the third quarter.

Without actually hearing the conversations, it's possible they were simply clapping in excitement over their Thanksgiving plans.
