Isaiah Thomas Jokes About Learning Cavaliers' Handshakes

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Isaiah Thomas won't feature for the club during Wednesday's contest against the Charlotte Hornets at Spectrum Center, but the 28-year-old has already worked on building team chemistry. 

Hours ahead of Wednesday's game, Allie Clifton of Fox Sports Ohio asked Thomas about mastering the handshake routines often used by teammates. 

"When I got traded," Thomas explained, "that's one of the first things—I'm like, 'Dang, man, I'm gonna have to get my handshakes down.' 

"I really wasn't worried about the on-court things. I'm like, 'Man, these handshakes are very serious.'"
