Andrew Wiggins Scores Acrobatic Layup over JaVale McGee

The Golden State Warriors notched a 125-101 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves at Oracle Arena on Wednesday, but Minnesota forward Andrew Wiggins created a highlight of his own during the third quarter of the losing effort. 

With roughly 2:30 to play in the frame, the fourth-year pro drove between a pair of defenders en route to entering the paint for a layup.

Golden State big man JaVale McGee met Wiggins at the rim, but the 22-year-old did well to adjust and guide his shot around McGee while absorbing contact for the bucket. 

Plays like this make it easy to forget Wiggins is still developing and improving as a pro.
