Video Shows Kevin Durant's Live Reaction to Gordon Hayward's Ankle Injury

The 2016-17 NBA season opened on a sour note when Gordon Hayward suffered a gruesome ankle injury in his Boston Celtics debut. Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers players were visibly shaken after witnessing the injury, and many of his peers extended him well wishes on social media.  

Earlier this week, Golden State Warriors star Kevin Durant posted a video on YouTube featuring his reaction to the devastating injury. As he received a haircut in his living room, he and associates grimaced after watching Hayward go down.

Durant, whose 2014-15 season was ravaged by foot injuries, put his hands over his face in disbelief.

"We know Gordon is going to bounce back and still be Gordon Hayward when he gets back from injury, but it just sucks to see, man," Durant later said while driving. "So we're all praying for him. We all got his back. This is a fraternity."
