LaMelo Ball on LaVar Forfeiting Big Ballers AAU Game: 'Funniest S--t I Ever Saw'

LaMelo Ball wasn't upset his dad forced his Big Ballers AAU team to forfeit a game in the Double Pump Best of Summer Tournament over the weekend.

In a video posted by Qwik11Hoops (h/t For The Win's Andrew Joseph), LaMelo could be heard calling LaVar Ball's actions "just the funniest s--t I ever saw" (warning: video contains NSFW language):

USA Today High School Sports reported LaVar took issue with the officiating in the game. With Big Ballers up 69-60 on Clutch Players Navy, he told his team to walk off the court altogether, and in doing so, they forfeited the game.

According to USA Today, coaches from the UCLA Bruins were on hand for the game. Like his brother Lonzo, LaMelo is committed to play for the Bruins when he graduates from high school in 2019. Scout ranks LaMelo as the 21st-best recruit in the country and the fourth-best point guard.
