Ray Allen Responds to Celtics Fans on Instagram: 'Y'all Need to Get over It!'

Boston Celtics fans still haven't forgiven Ray Allen for leaving the team after the 2011-12 season.

The sharpshooter opted to join LeBron James and the Miami Heat, which Celtics fans took worse than a knife in the back. When Allen turned 42 on Thursday, fans on the page @bostonceltics4ever took some shots at him.

But Jesus Shuttlesworth responded.

"Y'all need to get over it!!!" Allen wrote in a since-deleted comment. "[W]here were you all when the team tried to trade me[?]…Get over it!!!!"
