With the NBA free-agent market still buzzing, forward Shabazz Muhammad is receiving interest from multiple teams.

The Undefeated's Marc J. Spears reported the New York Knicks, Atlanta Hawks, Milwaukee Bucks and Brooklyn Nets have all shown interest in signing Muhammad.

Muhammad spent the first four seasons of his career with the Minnesota Timberwolves. The 24-year-old was the 14th overall pick in the 2013 NBA draft and served primarily as a bench piece for the team.

In 78 games last season, Muhammad averaged 9.9 points and 2.8 rebounds. His shooting percentage of 48.2 and three-point percentage of 33.8 were the second-best marks of his career.

With the Timberwolves making big moves this offseason, including trading for Jimmy Butler and signing Jeff Teague, Muhammad became an expendable piece. He could serve as a low-cost option for small-market clubs and teams going through long rebuilding processes.
