Former MLB star Miguel Tejada reportedly had belongings worth thousands of dollars stolen from his Fort Lauderdale, Florida, home, according to TMZ Sports, and police arrested a suspect.

Per that report, Mark Parker—who was house-sitting at a residence next to Tejada's—has been charged with burglary and grand theft for allegedly stealing "expensive designer shoes, signed jerseys, MLB trophies, musical instruments, patio furniture and more."

TMZ also reported Tejada has been spending a lot of time away from his Fort Lauderdale home while he relocates his family in the Dominican Republic. While Tejada was away, Parker allegedly broke into his home and stole items over a three-month period.
