Friday Recap

It was a bad day at the office for Djokovic as the Serbian legend was comprehensively beaten by his younger opponent.
Goffin gave one of the performances of his life as he defeated the world No. 2 for the first time.
Djokovic struggled in previous rounds against Gilles Simon and Pablo Carreno Busta, and he could not raise his game against the plucky Belgian.

The 12-time Grand Slam champion lost his serve in the opening game of the first set, and Goffin kept his foot on the gas.
The world No. 13 raced to a 4-1 lead and captured the opening set in only 31 minutes.
Djokovic rallied in the second set, breaking Goffin's serve early on, but the Belgian saved two set points as the Serbian limped forward. The icon finally took the second set to even the match, but Djokovic was second best in the third set, losing 7-5.
Tennis TV provided the winning moment as Goffin took the final set:
Goffin has climbed the world rankings in recent months, but his win against Djokovic could prove to be a breakthrough moment for his wider career.
Nadal was convincing as he skipped past Schwartzman, claiming a simple straight-sets victory, 6-4, 6-4.
The 30-year-old Spaniard was ruthless against his Argentinian opponent, taking both sets with consummate ease.
The superstar will now be favourite to win the competition after Djokovic's exit, but Goffin has proved he has the taste and talent to defeat the biggest names.
