Steph Curry, LeBron James, Kevin Durant Top NBA Jersey Sales for 2016-17 Season

Tim DanielsApr 11, 2017

Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry has the top-selling jersey in the NBA for the 2016-17 season after edging out the Cleveland Cavaliers' LeBron James and Dubs teammate Kevin Durant.

Darren Rovell of ESPN.com passed along the 15 best-sellers Tuesday, with triple-double machine Russell Westbrook of the Oklahoma City Thunder and Cavs guard Kyrie Irving rounding out the top five:

Those five players also topped the NBA Store's list of top sellers for the final quarter of 2016, with Irving and Westbrook flipping places, according to NBA.com.

Klay Thompson joined Curry and Durant in the top 15, showing the Warriors remain a merchandising powerhouse despite being slapped with the villain label in the offseason after signing Durant to create a superteam.

The rankings also illustrate the continued rise of Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo. He pushed his way to No. 9 overall after ranking 14th in the midseason list, beating a group led by Houston Rockets MVP candidate James Harden.

The Chicago Bulls (Jimmy Butler and Dwyane Wade) and New York Knicks (Kristaps Porzingis and Derrick Rose) joined the Warriors and Cavaliers as the only teams with multiple top-15 finishers.
