ACC Tournament 2017: Day 4 Schedule, Live-Stream Info and Bracket Predictions
Men's college basketball's great rivalry will take center stage on Friday night as North Carolina and Duke face off for the right to play in the ACC title game.
Notre Dame and Florida State don't have nearly the same history as UNC and Duke (although they did play in one of college football's Games of the Century in 1993), but they are two very good teams jockeying for better position in the NCAA tournament field.
It should be a fun night of hoops in the Barclays Center. Here's a look at the schedule and scores so far, as well as predictions for both semifinal games.

Semifinals Predictions
No. 1 North Carolina vs. No. 5 Duke
North Carolina and Duke split their regular-season matchups this year. In the first game, which took place at Cameron Indoor Stadium, junior guard Grayson Allen shot 7-of-12 from three-point range to lead Duke to a win over UNC, 86-78. Allen scored 25, freshman forward Jayson Tatum scored all 19 of his points in the second half and the Blue Devils shot 13-of-27 from deep.
The second game was a similar story: The home team won a high-scoring game and was led by a player who was hot from three-point range. This time, however, it was North Carolina junior guard Joel Berry II, who went 5-of-5 from deep en route to 28 points, leading the Tar Heels to a 90-83 victory.
The rubber match in New York should follow a similar script as the first two. It will be hotly contested for 40 minutes, with the action flying up and down the floor.
North Carolina opened up as 2.5-point favorites before the line moved to 3.5 points, according to OddsShark. That's a very fair spread, so expect this game to go down to the wire on the neutral floor.
It's hard to make a pick in this game, as the guess is that the team with the hottest player on the floor—be it sophomore guard Luke Kennard (24.0 points per game in his last three), UNC senior forward Isaiah Hicks (12-of-16 in his last two games) or someone else—will win this contest.
Throwing a dart at the dartboard, the guess here is that it will be ACC Player of the Year Justin Jackson who will outduel Kennard and lead his team to the finals following a classic game at the Barclays Center.
Pick: North Carolina
No. 3 Notre Dame vs. No. 2 Florida State
Notre Dame just pulled off one of the more impressive wins any team has managed during Championship Week, as the Fighting Irish led nearly wire-to-wire in a 71-58 win over Virginia, which has the stingiest defense in the country.
UVA has held its opponents to just 55.1 points per game and 39.1-percent field-goal shooting, marks that rank first and 11th in the nation, respectively. UVA also ranks as the nation's best team in adjusted defensive efficiency, per Ken Pomeroy.
However, Notre Dame managed to score 71 and shoot 52.2 percent against UVA on Thursday, led by 21 points from junior forward Bonzie Colson.
Colson is a 6'5", 225-pound thorn in the side of every team he plays. He plays much bigger than his size, averaging 17.1 points and 10.4 boards per game this season.
He's going to pose a serious problem for the Seminoles as he did when Notre Dame faced FSU earlier this season. During that game, Colson posted 33 points and 13 boards in a 84-72 win in South Bend, shooting 12-of-18 from the field.
Florida State has a player who can also take over a game in sophomore guard Dwayne Bacon, who averages 16.9 points a game this season and managed to score 29 against that tough UVA defense Notre Dame just managed to solve.
That being said, betting against the Irish, who have won seven of eight (the lone loss was at Louisville) doesn't seem like a wise move after the way they played on Thursday against a very good UVA team.
Pick: Notre Dame
