Foreman enjoyed a breakthrough junior year for the Longhorns, as he rushed for 2,028 yards and 15 touchdowns en route to finishing eighth in the Heisman Trophy voting.
The 2016 Doak Walker Award winner was also third in the nation in carries with 323 and first among power-conference players.
Foreman is part of a stacked running back draft class that also includes LSU's Leonard Fournette, Florida State's Dalvin Cook, Stanford's Christian McCaffrey and Tennessee's Alvin Kamara.
Bleacher Report's Matt Miller ranked Foreman as the No. 40 overall player and No. 5 running back on his latest big board.
