Markieff Morris on Late FTs vs. Warriors: 'Put My Nuts on the Line'

Washington Wizards forward Markieff Morris came up clutch in Tuesday’s 112-108 win over the Golden State Warriors.

Just ask him.

With his team leading 110-108, Morris snagged a Steph Curry miss and immediately drew a foul. He headed to the line with 3.7 seconds left and buried both shots, icing the victory.

When asked about the late free throws, Morris was, uh, blunt.

"I don't want to jinx myself, but my wife tells me all the time I've got big nuts," he said as the media laughed, via the Locked On Wizards podcast. "So, step up, put my nuts on the line."
