Carmelo Anthony Gives Fan with Cancer a New Car on Christmas

'Tis the season to be giving.

Carmelo Anthony played Santa Claus on Christmas to a 17-year-old fan, Jarell Lara, who has a rare form of cancer called Langerhans cell histiocytosis.

Anthony teamed up with the Garden of Dreams Foundation to gift Lara a new Kia before the New York Knicks' game against the Boston Celtics on Sunday. The family became emotional over the special gesture by the nine-time NBA All-Star.
