Marc Gasol and Tony Allen each scored 19 points as the Memphis Grizzlies hammered the Golden State Warriors, 110-89, at FedEx Forum Saturday night for their sixth straight win.

The Grizzlies jumped all over Golden State from the get-go, taking a 31-16 lead after one quarter of play.

They proceeded to drop another 30-spot in the second period and marched into halftime with a resounding 61-38 advantage.

Memphis kept the pressure on immediately at the start of the second half, beginning the third quarter on a 7-0 run to grab a 30-point lead.

Every time the Warriors made a small run, the Grizzlies answered, and by the time the final frame came around, Steve Kerr was already resting his starters and preparing for the next game.

Memphis only shot 43.7 percent from the floor, but it went 26-of-29 from the free-throw line and forced 23 Golden State turnovers.

Seven Grizzlies players scored in double figures in what was a total team effort.

Durant led the Warriors with 21 points.

Stephen Curry was the only other Golden State player in double figures, scoring 17.

The Warriors will remain on the road and battle the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday night.

Meanwhile, the Grizzlies will head over to Cleveland to take on LeBron James and the Cavaliers on Tuesday.
