NFL Predictions Week 10: Last-Minute Picks and Advice for Sunday's Schedule
The Green Bay Packers have to think of themselves as lucky.
By their own admission, they have played uninspired football through the first half of the year, and they go into Week 10 with a 4-4 record.
After the way the Minnesota Vikings started the season with a 5-0 record, that kind of beginning could have left the Packers buried when it comes to the NFC North race. Instead, the Vikings have lost three games in a row, and the Packers are just one game out of first place.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Quarterback Aaron Rodgers called out his team for its "low energy" against the Indianapolis Colts last week, per Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com. Those kind of remarks can either wake a team up or cause a problem in the locker room. Rodgers has enough gravitas with his teammates for his words to have a positive impact.

The Packers go to Tennessee Sunday to play a Titans team that has shown some life this year with second-year quarterback Marcus Mariota at the helm.
This may not be an easy game for the Packers, but their experience and talent at the wide receiver position should give them the ability to come away with the victory. The Packers will attack with Jordy Nelson, Davante Adams, Randall Cobb, Ty Montgomery and tight end Richard Rodgers. That's likely to cause problems for the Tennessee defense.
Outside of tight end Delanie Walker and running back DeMarco Murray, the rest of the skill-position players just don't have enough skill.
Tennessee will keep it close into the second half, but the Packers will find a way to win by at least seven points.
Los Angeles Rams at New York Jets

The New York Jets have been one of the most disappointing teams in the league through the first half of the season. They barely missed the playoffs a year ago, and the addition of running back Matt Forte was supposed to make their offense a more dangerous unit.
While nobody thought they would beat out the New England Patriots in the AFC East, they appeared to have the talent to be a strong second and a potential playoff contender.
However, quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick has struggled, and he has thrown 13 interceptions this season. Chris Moore of CBS Radio Sports Network reported that Bryce Petty would start under center for the Jets against the Los Angeles Rams.
As poorly as the team has played, the Jets have won two of their last three games, and they return home this week to play the Rams.
It's difficult for any West Coast team to fly east and play a game at 10 a.m. on the body clock, but it's an even bigger issue for the Rams, who have the 31st-ranked offensive team in the league.
Los Angeles quarterback Case Keenum just may not have the ability to get his team's attack going. Keenum has thrown just two TD passes in the last two games, and the Los Angeles attack is basically nonexistent.
Head coach Jeff Fisher does not want to turn the offense over to No. 1 draft pick Jared Goff at this point.
The Jets are one-point favorites in this game, and they have their bye coming up in Week 11. Look for the Jets to play one of their sharpest games, and they should find a way to win at home by at least three points.
Cincinnati Bengals at New York Giants

The New York Giants have won three games in a row to move to 5-3 and put themselves in a strong position to make a run at a playoff spot.
The Cincinnati Bengals are regularly a playoff team, but they have gotten off to an uninspired 3-4-1 start and have been a disappointment.
We look at this as a gut-check game for both teams. The Giants have momentum and are playing at home on Monday night with the rest of the league watching. This is a game where they should come out with a strong effort because Eli Manning remains a dangerous quarterback and the wide receiver combination of Odell Beckham Jr. and rookie Sterling Shepard is difficult to stop.
The Bengals don't inspire confidence when they go on the road against winning teams. Quarterback Andy Dalton is often disappointing, throwing to the wrong spot or not reading the coverage correctly.
There's no excuse for the Bengals not playing well on the road at this point. They are a veteran team that has been to the playoffs in each of the last five seasons. A prime-time road game should not intimidate them.
While the Giants defense is improved, it ranks 23rd in yards allowed and 25th against the pass. The team's running attack is virtually nonexistent.
The Bengals are one-point favorites, and it looks like the oddsmakers are making it inviting for bettors to take the Giants. We are going to swallow hard and say this is the game that the Bengals don't fall apart in their important road game.
This will be a back-and-forth matchup, and the Bengals will get in the last score and win by a field goal. Take the Bengals and lay the single point.
