Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook Meet Again in B/R's 'Step Brothers' Spoof

For the first time since leaving this past offseason, Kevin Durant will face his old team when the Golden State Warriors and Oklahoma City Thunder collide Thursday night.

All eyes are on the manufactured feud between Durant and former teammate Russell Westbrook. Will they hug? Shake hands? Subtly nod? Go about their business and play basketball?

Before seeing their actual meeting inside Oracle Arena, Bleacher Report imagined the anticipated showdown through the eyes of Step Brothers' Dale Doback and Brennan Huff.

As Durant told the Mercury News' Anthony Slater, he still considers him and Westbrook "brothers." Yet as John C. Reilly and Will Ferrell proved in the Adam McKay comedy, brothers don't always get along.

Maybe one day, they can again become friends who ride majestic, translucent steeds. For now, they may quarrel in Silicon Valley's backyard over a drum set.
