NBA, Twitter Unveil Team Hashtags, Emojis for 2016-17 Season

With the 2016-17 NBA season just one day away, the league unveiled hashflags on Monday that will be used throughout the year.

The hashtags and emojis range from generic (such as "#Knicks" and the team logo) to creative (such as #TakeNote or the Warriors' three-point emoji).

Regardless of how simple some of the hashtags may be, they allow fanbases to unite and show off their team pride, which is the point.
