Per the police report Chris Vivlamoreย of theย Atlanta Journal-Constitutionย obtained, Millsap was not at fault and the motorcyclist was cited for failing to maintain the lane.

Officials told TMZ that the motorcycle was on fire at the scene of the accident and the Atlanta Fire Department put it out.ย
Millsap was back at Atlanta's team workout on Tuesday after the accident. Vivlamore and Alexis Stevensย reportedย he was expected to play in the Hawks' preseason game Tuesday against the New Orleans Pelicans.ย
The 31-year-old Millsap is a three-time NBA All-Star. He started a career-high 81 games last season, averaging 17.1 points and a career-best nine rebounds per game.ย
