Spurs Coach Gregg Popovich Takes Photo with Rapper Cam'ron, Sort of Smiles

When San Antonio Spurs coach Gregg Popovich manages to crack even the slightest of smiles, it's kind of a big deal.

But that's just the type of effect rapper Cam'ron has on people. Even the 67-year-old hoops coach has to recognize.

Not only did the two pose for a photo together, but Popovich also supposedly paid the rapper some high praise:
