Russell Westbrook Is Never Gonna Give the Thunder Up After Re-Signing

Russell Westbrook and the Oklahoma City Thunder agreed to a multiyear extension Thursday, meaning the five-time All-Star is not breaking any hearts in OKC right now.

In other words, he's never gonna give Thunder fans up, never gonna let them down, never gonna run around and desert them. And he's never gonna make them cry, never gonna say goodbye and never gonna tell a lie and hurt them.

After all, Westbrook and the fans have known each other for so long—eight years to be exact. With this extension, The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski reports there will be at least two more years together.
