Although it's been just over a month since the NBA draft on June 23, many rookies have already been shining in summer league or even during Olympic training. 

So what standout rookies will make the All-Rookie Team in the 2016-17 season? Will it be Ben Simmons, who was was drafted first overall to the Philadelphia 76ers? How about an international superstar such as Dragan Bender, who was drafted fourth overall by the Phoenix Suns?
