Can the Miami Heat Make the Playoffs Without a Healthy Chris Bosh?

The Miami Heat finished in third place in the Eastern Conference last year. By most standards, that would be a successful season.

However, the Heat look a lot different now than they did this past year. They no longer have the talents of Dwyane Wade and Luol Deng, and Chris Bosh is still questionable because of health concerns that arose from his blood clots. 

Will the Heat qualify for the playoffs next year without a healthy Bosh? Or is it time for them to enter a rebuilding period?
