Florida Rep. Brags About LeBron James' Miami Heat Titles at RNC in Cleveland

During the Republican National Convention in Cleveland on Tuesday, Florida Rep. Blaise Ingoglia boasted about his state’s positives—its beaches, lack of income tax, emphasis on veterans and, oddly, its status as the former home of a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

“We are the state that gave LeBron James his first two championships,” Ingoglia said before unfurling a smirk.

Keep in mind this was in Cleveland, the city the King just delivered a first NBA championship to with a seven-game series win over the Golden State Warriors.

Oh, and the convention was held at Quicken Loans Arena, the Cavaliers' home court.

C’mon, man. Let it go.
