NBA Free Agency 2016: Live Updates, Rumors and Signings for June 30

The first two hours of the NBA's free-agency period have transpired.
Here's a rundown of the biggest developments so far:
- DeMar DeRozan has decided to re-sign with the Toronto Raptors, per USA Today's Sam Amick. Terms were not finalized.
- Bradley Beal and the Washington Wizards are close to securing a five-year, $128 million max deal, per The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski.
- The New York Knicks and Joakim Noah are nearing agreement on a deal that would earn Noah $72 million over four years, per ESPN's Chris Broussard.
- The Los Angeles Lakers and Timofey Mozgov are working out the framework of a four-year, $64 million deal, per Wojnarowski.
- The Portland Trail Blazers extended a four-year max-contract offer to Chandler Parsons, according to Wojnarowski. Parsons has not yet accepted the offer.
